How window blocks are made at the factory
The technology for the production of window blocks is carried out in four departments. In the 1st, external sashs are made, in the 2nd inner sash, in the 3rd boxes, and in the 4th window.
The first two departments are equipped with 6 semi -automatic and automatic lines, namely for: cutting the lumber into the bar bars; mechanical processing of bars; assembly of window wraps; primary mechanical processing of the wings; drilling and deterrence of wings, as well as the devices of grooves in them; configuration and mating of wings.
Behind each line, two grinding machines are installed.
The third compartment is equipped with four semi -automatic and automatic lines, including for: cutting lumber into boxes of boxes; mechanical processing of bars; additional processing of boxes of the box; Assembling the box of the window.
