There are several examples of the influence of the location of the house on the life of citizens.
Since the microdistrict. No. 1 is located closer to the city center, has a good network of cultural, household, transport and other services, the overwhelming number of residents, the convenience of the location of their area in terms of the city and the conditions of its maintenance were appreciated highly.
Residents of the microdistrict No. 2 noted less amenities. Thus, noticeable differences were identified in the level of transport and cultural services, reflected in the answers of the inhabitants of the studied microdistricts. It was assumed that these differences should have an impact on the recreational preferences of residents and the structure of the recreational load on the territory of residential development of microdistricts.
