LSTC structures: concept and rules for building houses

Light metal buildings are constructed using frame technology and are quickly erected.

A hot-rolled profile made of hardened steel is used as a frame. External enclosing structures are made of three-layer sandwich panels. Bolted connections or galvanized self-tapping screws are used as fasteners.

All structural elements are manufactured in the factory. Only their assembly takes place on site.

Buildings of any purpose can be constructed from LMK. Including residential buildings, healthcare facilities, catering establishments, shopping and business centers, hangars, warehouses, garages.

Shallow strip or slab foundations, concrete and screw piles are suitable for metal frame buildings.

Light mobile buildings are easy to expand or modernize. If necessary, they can be easily dismantled to move to a new site.
